Lady Rams Sign Local Pair

MOBILE, Ala-- The University of Mobile women's golf program announced the signing of 2 local players for next season.

Head Coach Maggie Blaylock signed Fairhope High School's Taylor Lee and Erin Stanley.

"I am excited about what both these girls will bring to our team next year," coach Blaylock said. "They are both hard working girls on the course and off. They both have great positive personalities!"

Lee is the daughter of Scott and Cherrie Lee, and she is on the honor role, in the national honor society, and was captain of the team her Junior year. Stanley is the daughter of Bob and Renee Stanley.  

In the Mobile Press Register, Fairhope's golf coach reiterated Blaylock's thoughts.

"'They were really good kids even outside of golf,"' Fairhope girls' golf coach David Stapleton said. "'They are great students, great kids and a pleasure to be around. Both of these kids have great academics and are a pleasure to coach."'
