ROME, Ga—The University of Mobile women’s golf team finished in 6th place at the Stonebridge Women’s Invite at Berry College Tuesday. The Lady Rams shot a 666 over the two-round event to finish 44 stokes behind champion Lindsey Wilson College. Erika Lundberg paced the Lady Rams by carding a 153 to finish 3rd overall. Lundberg followed her opening-round 77 with a final round 76. Maegan Rice fired a pair of 78’s in the tournament to finish 8th with a 156, and Lindsey Miller finished in a tie for 34th with a 174. Taylor Lee carded a 183 and Abbie Harris shot a pair of 94’s to finish with a 188 and 51st-place finish. Lindsey Wilson College is atop the leader board with a 310, while the Lady Rams are 23 strokes back after carding a collective 333 on day one. Freshman Erika Lundberg paced Mobile with a 77 and is currently in 3rd place, while two-time All-American Maegan Rice fired an opening-round 78 and sits in a tie for 9th place. Teammates Lindsey Miller and Taylor Lee are in a tie for 38th individually after carding 89’s, and Abbie Harris rounded out the Mobile golfers with a 94. The tournament will wrap up Tuesday.
