2003 - 2004 Women's Golf Players

 

Lara Hatton

The daughter of James and Pat Barry, Lara is a local talent from here in Mobile, Alabama.  Hatton is majoring in Business Marketing with a minor in Business Management. 

 

 

Amanda Boykin
Boykin is a native of Quitman, Mississippi where she was schooled from her home.  The daughter of Deborah and Dewayne Boykin, Amanda was the runner-up at the 1999 Junior State Amateur.  Her favorite sports moment was winning her first tournament and she hopes to become a golf coach when her playing career ends. 

 

 

Apryl Watson

A McGill-Toolen Catholic High School graduate, Watson helped lead her team to a state championship.  Apryl was an All-American Honorable Mention at the NAIA National Tournament her freshman season with UM and has represented the school for three consecutive seasons at the tournament.  Apryl is the daughter of Angela and Thomas Watson and is currently majoring in Elementary Education.    

 

 

Anna Barnett

Barnett, who hails from Citronelle, Arizona, was an All-Region XIII golfer in 2003 for the University of Mobile.  A participant at the 2003 national championships, Barnett will bring tournament experience to the team.  Anna is the daughter of Donald and Minnie Barnett. 

 

 

Jessica Emanuel

Emmanuel won a state championship playing for McGill-Toolen Catholic High School here in Mobile, Alabama.  The daughter of Stan and Terry Emanuel, Jessica has participated in many tournaments including the Jimmy Green Events.  Still undecided upon a major, Jessica hopes to pursue a career as a nurse working in the OR. 

 

 

Stefanie Harwood

Harwood comes to the University of Mobile from Pampa, Texas where she played at Pampa High School.  Stefanie recently shot a 75-79 in a two round tournament in Texas.  The daughter of Steve Harwood, Michelle has twice participated at the National Championships representing the Rams.   

 

 

Maggie Kendall

Kendall was the Westward Country Club Junior champion two years running.  A participant at two national tournaments, Kendall was a 2003 Region XIII All-Tournament selection.  Coming to Mobile from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Kendall currently holds a 3.48 GPA as a Social Science major.  Maggie is the daughter of Greg and Judy Kendall.
