Lady Rams Fall at LSU-S 2-0
SHREVEPORT, Louis-- The University of Mobile women's soccer team dropped a Gulf Coast Athletic Conference road game at LSU-Shreveport, 2-0, due to a pair of first-half goals from the Lady Pilots.
The Lady Pilots drew first blood only 25 seconds into the contest, and then struck again 26 minutes later to end the scoring and put the Lady Rams in an early hole.
LSU-S out-shot the Lady Rams 16-7 in the game, including a 9-2 edge in the first half. Chelsea Bate and Louise Arsenault contributed the 2 Lady Ram shots on goal, while Susanne Klungtveit finished with 4 saves for the Lady Rams.
Mobile falls to 1-9 and 0-2 in GCAC play. Mobile next plays at William Carey on Tuesday, September 25th at 5:00 pm.
