Four Lady Rams Earn All-Conference Honors

MOBILE, Ala— The Gulf Coast Athletic Conference announced the 2007 Women's Soccer All-Conference Teams and the Lady Rams placed 4 players on the honorary squad.

Terri McCreadie (MF) and Anna Maddox (Def) were named to the 1st Team, while Louise Arsenault (Def) and Ashley Hoffman (Def) were named to the 2nd Team.

McCreadie led the Lady Rams with 9 points on 4 goals and 1 assist, while Maddox chipped in 1 goal and 2 assists, while playing solid defense. Hoffman and Arsenault don't show up in the stat sheet, but they were key cogs in a very good Lady Rams' defense in 2007.

That Mobile defense held opponents to 2 goals or less 9 times on the season. The selections also signify a bright future in Mobile.

Maddox and Arsenault are true freshmen, while McCreadie is a sophomore. Hoffman is a junior.

Mobile's season came to an end in the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Semifinals thanks to a 3-0 loss at #14 William Carey University.
