Women's Soccer to Play Spring Hill College in Region XIII Play-In Game

MOBILE, Ala. -- Tuesday afternoon the NAIA Region XIII Women's Soccer Playoff Bracket was released.  The No. 4 and No. 5 match-up will showcase the University of Mobile Lady Rams at the Spring Hill College Lady Badgers.  The game is scheduled for 6:00pm, Tuesday, November 11th, at Library Field, on the campus of Spring Hill College.

The Lady Badgers (9-11) and the Lady Rams (7-9) will meet for the first time ever in the post-season.  This match-up is already being looked at as the best match-up in the whole region.  Earlier this year, the University of Mobile topped Spring Hill College at Library Field 1-0 on Aug. 29th, but Spring Hill was able to avenge the loss with a 2-1 win at Mobile on Sept. 23rd.  Both teams finished with a record of 2-2 in the GCAC and look very even on paper.

The match-up will feature a number of the top players in the region.  The top players for Spring Hill include senior goalkeeper Christine Arnesen, who has four shutouts on the season and has a save percentage of .758 on the season, and leading goal scorer for the Lady Badgers senior Rocio Aleman, who has 10 goals on the season.  Leading the Lady Rams are freshman Rose Clemensen, who has 14 goals and three assists on the season, and freshman Kelly Baltieri, who has seven goals and five assists.
