CALENDAR

January 12, 2005 - Final postmark date for application forms, slides and juror fees. (Applications postmarked after this date will be returned unprocessed!!!)

February 18, 2005 - Accepted/Rejected notification cards mailed. Slides/CD of work not accepted returned.

March 18, 2005 - Absolute deadline for accepted works to arrive.

April 1, 2005 - Show opens to the public at 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. in Martin Hall.

April 30, 2005 - Exhibition closes at 4:30 p.m.

May 2-13, 2005 - Pickup of artwork. Hand delivered artwork will be released for pickup beginning May 2. Shipped artwork will not be released for return shipment until May 17 and must be picked up by the carrier by 5:00 p.m., May 30, 2005.

THE UNIVERSITY OF MOBILE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WORK LEFT PAST MAY 30, 2005.
