Upper Room Dessert Theatre Established in 1991, the Upper Room Dessert Theatre has been described as “one of the hottest tickets in town.” Shows are sold out even before they are advertised! You will perform before an audience of 200 in an intimate, black box thrust theatre located in Martin Hall. Shows presented this past season were: Steel Magnolias, Godspell, Thoroughly Modern Millie, and All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten. Plans are on the drawing board for a stand-alone building to house the Theatre Department and allow for expansion of other programs in the Center for Performing Arts.
