It’s ROUND 4 for this annual homecoming event! This year, the men of Samford Hall will work to defend their dorm warz ’06 championship title against all other on-campus residents. Have you ever dreamed of red carpets, spotlights, cameras flashing all around, adoring fans, and outrageous clothes? If so, this is YOUR night to shine! Student acts will be screened and selected for this Homecoming “celebrity” event. Cash prizes will be awarded. Students, get more information and sign-up in the Student Activities Office.
RamRun 5k
Registration: 7:00 a.m. In front of Weaver Hall
Run begins at 8:00 a.m.
Don’t sleep in for this 1st annual homecoming event! This is an experience for the whole family. Both runners and walkers of all ages are welcome to participate in the 5K race around the beautiful UM campus. He shoots! He scores! Get in on the action before the season even begins as the Rams prepare for another winning year in this scrimmage game. Our homecoming court of Juniors and seniors will be presented at halftime, where the King and Queen will also be announced.
Fall Carnival
Front lawns of Weaver Hall
1:00- 6:00 p.m.
Every little (and big) kid’s dream! Inflatable Adventures like you’ve never seen and great carnival snacks too. Specialty tents will be set up along the perimeter with caricature artists, airbrushing and more. Special attractions will be designated for our “baby” RAMS. No cost for entertainment; nominal cost for food.
