APPLICATION CHECKLIST □ Application and $40 Application Fee Have you completed and submitted (by mail) a Graduate Programs Application or Reapplication and application fee? □ Transcripts Have you requested that your official transcripts from all universities you’ve attended be sent to us? □ Test Scores Have you made arrangements for your test scores (GRE, GMAT, or MAT) to be sent to us? □ Departmental Requirements Have you checked the Graduate Section of the 2008-2010 Catalog or contacted the Dean of the program you’re interested in to see if there are additional requirements that have to be met also?
