Students Perform in UM Gospel Choir

The University of Mobile gospel choir, IMPACT, has started another season of performance. The choir, which features eight front line singers, performs contemporary Christian and gospel music under the direction of Alicia Williamson Garcia.

The group will perform at the annual UM Christmas Spectacular at Dauphin Way Baptist church on Nov. 29, and at UM’s free music festival StarLight in April 2006. They will also be featured at the Women in Worship Conference at Cottage Hill Baptist Church on Jan. 20-1, 2006.

The members of IMPACT this semester are Alli Campbell, Brittany Bunton, Lindsey Lunsford, Meagan Burns, April Westbrooks, Ashley King, Mary Grace Kimsey, Melissa Williams, Emily Griffith, Tyler Lewis, Travis Willard, Jeremy Overstreet, Matthew Lynn, Adam Gully, Stephen Gregory, Gregory Finley and Marcus Finley.
