Linyi University Prof Visits UM 

Linyi Normal University mathematics professor Dr. Tongsong Jiang visited the University of Mobile in June as part of the new UM Connect student and faculty exchange program. Dr. Tongsong Jiang met with UM professors, deans, staff and UM President Dr. Mark Foley to discuss the cooperative relationship between UM and Linyi, a state-run university with approximately 37,000 full-time students and 1,575 faculty located in Linyi City, Shandong Province, China. Dr. Tongsong Jiang is currently a visiting professor in the Department of Mathematics at The University of Southern Mississippi.
