Registration Begins for Spring Semester 2008

Registration and enrollment are underway for students planning to attend the University of Mobile during spring semester 2008. Current students may register online at www.winrams.com, while students interested in enrolling may contact Enrollment Services at (251) 442-2273 or 1-800-WIN-RAMS.

Nearly 1,600 undergraduate and graduate students are enrolled at the private Baptist-affiliated university, which was recently listed among the top master’s-level universities in the South, according to U.S. News & World Report’s 2008 edition of “America’s Best Colleges.” The university has also been named one of “America’s Best Christian Colleges.”

Course listings and areas of study are online at the university’s website at www.umobile.edu. The university offers academic programs through the College of Arts and Sciences, the Center for Performing Arts, and the schools of business, Christian studies, education and nursing. Evening and weekend courses specially designed to meet the scheduling needs of working adults are offered through the university’s Center for Adult Programs.

Registration and enrollment will continue through Jan. 8. Spring semester classes begin Jan. 7 for students in the Center for Adult Programs, and Jan. 9 for traditional undergraduate and graduate students.
