Quick Guide to Online Registration

Before registering, see your advisor for clearance. You will be able to register only when your assigned group number permits.

  1. Contact your advisor for clearance.
    • You may schedule an appointment with your advisor by telephone or email.
  2. Click here to go to "Online Student Access" choices.
  3. Choose "for Students".
  4. When prompted, type your Student Identification # in the "User Name" field and your Password in the "Password" field.   Click "OK".
  5. Click "Set Options."

                "2008" (type this in)
                Submit options.
               (when registering for summer classes, choose "Summer semester" instead of Fall.)
  6. Select  "Registration" from the sidebar on the left of the screen.
  7. Read onscreen directions carefully and should you make a mistake, simply come by the Registrar’s Office to drop/add.  Note: Course numbers are exactly 7 characters long, examples:  MGT (one space) 321, but MA (two spaces) 110.  Section numbers are two characters long, example:  section 1 is entered "01".

After registering online you have 10 business days to make sure all financial aid paperwork is complete and that the deposit has been paid.  Questions, contact Mrs. Laurie Bishop at 442-2214 or email LaurieB@mail.umobile.edu.  Otherwise, the coursework will be voided and you will have to register again.

As long as you qualify, your Fall schedule will be open for online adjustments through August 14, 2008. PLEASE NOTE:  Additional courses may have associated fees that affect your billing.  Adding hours to your schedule or eliminating hours will also affect billing and Financial Aid.  If in doubt, check with your advisor, Financial Aid and the Business Office before adjusting your schedule in any way.

If you have not already done so, be sure to change your assigned password (another option on the sidebar) and keep your new password for future use.

IMPORTANT: When finished, close the Internet Browser so that others cannot view your academic records.
