Leadership Development
Campus Ministries would not be possible without student leadership.  The University of Mobile Campus ministries team consists of nearly 35 student leaders coordinating events and leading bible studies across campus.  Twice a year these students gather together for leadership retreats to plan and grow as leaders.  Leaders are selected for various positions based on vacancies in leadership positions and an application and interview process.  Emphasis is put on past involvement, spiritual maturity, and servanthood.
